A condo in the pefect location

It is a condo in the perfect location within only a few minutes away from Ari BTS, so make me not worry about traffic jams at all. The room is okay, but there are only 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom plus options, so it's family-friendly. I don't have any problem because I stay here alone. The facilities are complete, like swimming pools, fitness centers, and gardens. The only problem I found would be the parking lot. As far as I know, it's only about 50%. It already includes double parking. However, for those who travel by BTS like me, there is no problem. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, this condo makes my life a lot easier.
