A high building in Phrom Phong area

The indoor swimming pool offers a stunning city view. A wide range of activities includes a pool table, boxing ring, fitness, and yoga room. Convenient transportation, close to Phrom Phong BTS, only 650 meters away. The project has a good and quiet atmosphere. The room is very inviting and well-decorated with leading brand furniture. The staff is polite and helpful. Shame that the wall is quite thin, so I could hear my neighbors' arguments sometimes.

It is a great place to stay in Bangkok.

It is a great place to stay in Bangkok. I chose this place based on the reviews. Well, as expected, everything is perfect! Since the location is close to the Emporium, the EmQuartier, and Phrom Phong station, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The room I rented has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, quite large. I like the modern design of the room. Each piece of furniture is very stylish. The facilities are excellent. I like the pool area with a jacuzzi as well. Also, I can see the city view as well. Fabulous! I'm so impressed with this place. Anyway, the rental price is very high as well.

Good location near Phrom Phong BTS

I bought the condo last year. The interior is spacious, and the furniture decorated the room is beautiful. My husband and I decided to buy this room for our family to spend life more conveniently. It is easy to go to work and school as it is close to Phrom Phong BTS, only 10 minutes to the station. It made my husband and kids save time. Besides, the project provides a high-level of security with excellent security guards. Moreover, there are complete and modern facilities, including a communal pool, a gym, gardens, a yoga room, jacuzzi, etc. Overall, it matches my needs and worth the price paid.

The condo is good for everything, but the room is not soundproof.

The condo here is generally good and convenient for traveling. I can walk to Phrom Phong BTS for only about 5-10 minutes. Taxis are passing through all the time in this alley, so it's easily accessible. On days off, I rarely go out because the project has complete facilities, including on-site shops and restaurants. Anyway, the project surrounding seems crowded, but the project site is tranquil and secure. Staff are also friendly and communicate in English. There is a cleaning service and assists the residents all the time. Moreover, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop. You can see the Chao Phraya River view and the city view; it's so beautiful. The only downside is that I feel that the walls are rarely soundproof. I heard a lot of noise from the next room!!
