My husband and I went to look at the 1-bedroom mock-up of 1 bedroom of this project. I do love Thai culture and Thailand. I often visit Thailand and decided to buy a condo in Bangkok. The project location is excellent, next to the main road and close to MRT. The room interior is very luxurious and modern. There are 3 room types to choose from with different sizes. Every room is provided with modern functional appliances, which is considered the project highlight and supports the residents' use. There are also numerous facilities on-site, including a swimming pool, greenery space for residents to relax. As for the health lovers, there is a fitness center available. The condo surrounding has various shopping malls such as The Mall Bang Khae, Seacon Bangkae, Major Cineplex Phetkasem, etc. As for the price, I think it's still affordable at 1 million baht. The price is considered interesting, isn't it!
