We have been renting this place for almost a year now. Since then, there was no problem found, and I'm quite satisfied with this place. The room we stay in is a 1-bedroom unit with a perfect size. The furniture is well arranged, and the project's facilities are complete such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library. Here, there is a shuttle service to Asoke BTS station. Besides, the neighborhood is full of many restaurants and convenience stores, which is considered very convenient.
The condo is surrounded by all the convenient facilities.

The project location is excellent, with good quality and a friendly management team. The room I rented is a duplex, beautifully and luxuriously decorated interior. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the guards at the door and the lobby. There is also a shuttle bus that offers a great service to the Emporium. It is very convenient to travel anywhere because it is close to Phrom Phong BTS station. Moreover, the project facilities comprise everything; the pool is clean and good management, recommend it!

The Emporio Place is convenient and easy to travel. The entrance is a bit far by walk, but a taxi and motorbike pass through all the time. The project can enter and exit in many ways, both on Rama IV Road and Soi Sukhumvit 24. I live with my boyfriend, and I work in Sukhumvit, so it is reasonable to compare the price with its value. In this area, there are quite a lot of high rise condos. An important selling point, I think it is close to department stores such as The Emporium and The EmQuartier. The Sukhumvit area has attracted many foreigners to live in this area. I am fascinated here because of the value and convenience; there are several restaurants and convenience stores along the way. The common area is a lobby in all three buildings supporting residents very well. The building that I live in is Building A, which can walk to building C quickly at the back. The area below has a shady garden near the swimming pool. My room has been decorated with neat Western-style furniture. Fortunately, it is on the high floor, so I had a lovely view of the room. Above it is a bedroom and a small working desk area in the living room zone able to see the beautiful Chao Phraya River view. Fully furnished kitchen furniture with a washing machine is installed well.

A condo in a convenient location. Easy access to MRT and BTS, close to Queen Sirikit Center and Benjakitti Park, just 500 meters from K Village. The staff is friendly with excellent service. The project is a tall building with a luxurious exterior. There are full facilities for the residents, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a garden, and parking. The room is beautifully decorated. It is 48 square meters wide with functional space. Even though the price is a bit high, it's very good and worthwhile.

I used to come here to meet my friends several times. It is a pleasant condo that we entered, and it feels great. The condo interior has a high level of privacy and an excellent security system. Non-residents want to enter the project, and they will wait for the room owner to pick up only to prevent danger from many causes. The common area here is spacious. There is a playground, a swimming pool, and a communal gym. Overall, the condo is clean, and the location is situated in the city center, close to the Skytrain. It makes every journey conveniently without using a private car. As for I have often visited, I can say that it is worth buying; definitely, you're not disappointed!

The condo location is perfect—convenient transportation, near Phrom Phong BTS and Queen Sirikit MRT, just a few minutes walk. It is a very livable neighborhood, close to a variety of amenities. The project is ready in all aspects: swimming pool, steam, sauna, gym. Friendly staff with high responsibility, they take good care of common areas. The room I live in is a 1-bedroom type, fully furnished and clean. This place is suitable for living.
