I have nothing left to say but PERFECT! This project sits in the best location in the Ladprao area, in the middle between the intersections of Lat Phrao and Phaholyothin, where there are numerous restaurants and convenience stores in the area, Big C and Home Pro, and Union mall are just across the street from the project. The journey is very convenient whether driving a private car or taking public transportation. There is a bus stop in front of the project, and Ladprao MRT is about 800 meters away. There are numerous shortcuts in and out. However, as you know, in the evening the traffic is extremely jammed. By the way, the project is thought to meet my needs as a city worker. Inside, the common areas and rooms are well-decorated, spacious, and have excellent materials. The staff here is welcoming. Also, my neighbors are friendly. It's way more than I expected.

Great condo near BTS staion

I've been renting a studio room here for about a month now. The room is a good size, not too small. The proportion of the room is perfect. All equipment and utensils are provided. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is on the 6th floor. If it was moved to the rooftop, it should add value to this place quite well. Also, I like this place's location because it is close to Phahon Yothin MRT and Central Ladprao, very convenient!
