I bought a room in this condo because of its value. The project has complete facilities, parking areas are available for all units, and the interior is awe-inspiring. My room is a 1-bedroom unit, the space in the room is ample, and the layout is well-proportioned. The location is the thing I'm most impressed with. It is close to several shopping malls and very easy to get around, thank to the Talat Phlu BTS station. There are also other amenities around the project, such as convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and schools, which is so perfect.
