I really can't go wrong choosing this place

I decided to buy a room for this project. Overall, it's great. My studio room is about 25 sq .m, which is not too narrow to make it uncomfortable. The furniture in the room is from famous brands, so it is of high quality. Also, there are complete facilities in the common area like swimming pool, fitness, garden and many others. However, the only downside that I've found is the insufficient car parking space (40% of all residents), so sometimes there must be double parking. The location is ok, so it's near the office. Plus, inside the alley, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. This place is quite suitable for people traveling by car since it is adjacent to many roads like Narathiwat Road, Rama 3, and Rama 4. For those who travel by public transport, it is not far from the bus stop. However, if it's MRT and BTS, I believe it's quite a distance. The majority of residents in this area mostly rely on motorcycle taxis. Overall, I think this place is perfect for me. I really can't go wrong choosing this place.
