This condo is located on Rama 3 Road, next to the Chao Phraya River. It is conveniently located near the fresh market and Centralplaza Rama 3. This condo offers a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River. The project atmosphere is very natural, filled with large and small trees providing shade. I feel comfortable. The common areas are complete, comprising indoor and outdoor parking spaces, shops, laundry rooms, a library, a relaxing area by the pool, a fitness center, and a large swimming pool overlooking the Chao Phraya River View. There are recreation areas and a communal garden area for walking along the Chao Phraya River by the pool. There is also an excellent 24-hour security system. The rooms are available from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. However, I love a 1-bedroom with 34 square meters that perfectly meets my needs since it is fully furnished, which you drag your bag to live in.
