2 Bedroom Condo for rent at Villa Asoke

We are not disappointed at choosing to rent here for just a few months. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and received excellent safety from the staff, who took care of security 24 hours and had a full rest. In a central area, it is quiet and provides high privacy where people are not crowded. The common area comprises a fitness room, a children's playroom, a library, and a green grass area. You can experience the natural atmosphere in the city center without being bored. We have been here for a few months, and at first, we were not familiar with the road, and there is no private car as well, but we are very fortunate because it is located just 4 minutes from Phetchaburi MRT station. Thus it makes our travel much easier. Overall it is ok here, good location, a complete common area, and beautiful rooms.

The high-rise condominium in a great location next to New Petchburi Road, close to Phetchaburi MRT, Airport Link, and Expressway. The building is in a charming design. The interior is modernly styled with a fully-equipped fitness center, including a yoga room and a lovely pool. The neighbors live in an orderly manner. The staff is great, very impressed.

The first time I moved in, the neighbor's room next to my room makes a noise, and I feel as if the room is not soundproofing. When I informed the department dept, there were rarely problems bothering me again. I love it here because it's convenient to travel and rent it as an annual contract. The room that I live in is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very spacious and well proportioned, offering a beautiful view in the evening. The condo has a large swimming pool and a 24-hour security system.

My husband and I came on vacation in Thailand for 2 months after retiring. Both of us rented Villa Asoke, the reason we chose to rent it here because it is close to public transportation like Phetchaburi MRT Station, only 150 meters. It is very convenient for the two of us. As for the common area, I am satisfied with the large swimming pool overlooking the outside view. The project has also arranged various facilities for residents to use privately, which is on the 39th floor. We can see Bangkok's view; for example, the project will divide the library called Sky library and have a reading corner. Various well-proportioned or sky lounge that has a table and chairs to sit and eat or hold a small meeting. It is very well-proportioned and private. As for the room, the project gives the importance of the common area as far as I observed. It is quite spacious, and the residents can spend precious time together. Besides, the decorations' materials are quite good, including a fully equipped kitchen and various lockers arranged around the room. We can use it comfortably. The condo's surrounding has plenty of amenities such as either motorbike and taxi services or boat service at the Saen Saeb Canal. The thing that is considered a potential highlight is that the location is situated in the city center, called a prosperous business district and very convenient for the two of us.

The condo location is excellent, suitable for investment near Phetchaburi MRT, Makkasan ARL, Asoke train station, and Si Rat Expressway, making it convenient to travel. The rooms I bought are fully furnished 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. There is a garden, a swimming pool with a shady atmosphere, and a fitness center with a garden view, making me feel relaxed. The staff is friendly and helpful.
