BTS is very close and taking a taxi is also very convenient. The property in the community has just been replaced with a new one, and the swimming pool is much cleaner, but it would be great if the sewage odor could be dealt with! It would be nice if the odor in the men's and women's bathrooms in the public area of Building B could be cleaned up, but it is still very comfortable to live here. The oversized swimming pool makes people yearn for it. I like it here very much.

This project is tucked away in the midst of soi 36 and located in a quite street. The units are contemporary and standard. The original starting price was acceptable in 2016 and I highly recommend buyers to aim for 120-130k per sqm. The project is 5 min away from BTS Thonglor

It's a serene condo because its location is rather hidden into the alley, which is totally different from other condos. It's located close to the main road and provides high privacy. It's also close to Thonglor BTS station, where I can walk into the project. Besides, you can use the shuttle bus service from the project; it's very convenient. The room interior is fully furnished and equipped with perfect amenities. My favorite common area will be the swimming pool because it's wide and long looks like the streams surrounded by a garden around the shady pool to give a sense of relaxation and close to nature. Moreover, the project is surrounded by many convenient locations because it's situated in the Sukhumvit area because it's located in the Sukhumvit area, a well-known place. It's convenient for both transportation and excellent utilities.
