The large suite, beautifully decorated in European style. There are 3 bedrooms in a spacious interior, including common areas such as a swimming pool and parking. The project is located at a great location in the Sukhumvit area, close to Terminal 21 and Korean Town, which is very convenient! This area has a lot of food. Plus, the rental price is still much cheaper than other projects. But the building is quite old.

This condo is quite old, and the rate is expensive because it's located in the Sukhumvit area. Traveling to Sukhumvit MRT is about 7 minutes only. The project is not very outstanding but considered complete and fit for the residents. Besides, the furniture is of excellent quality. It has a height of about 18 floors, offering a beautiful city view. The atmosphere in the project is quiet and safe. Even though it's busy outside !!

Old condo but very luxurious interior

If you are looking for a modern condo with a homely decoration, I will recommend it here. Although it was completed many years ago, it is such a modern condo, and the interior is new, clean, and pleasant. The common area comprises a complete range of facilities such as a communal pool, a gym, a strict security system, and sufficient car parking spaces. The location is conveniently located in the city center, close to Nana BTS, Sukhumvit, Sinakharinwirot University, EmQuartier, etc. It is accessible whether shopping or traveling.

A very impressive condo with beautiful decoration and a good atmosphere. There is a perfect size swimming pool that is not that spacious, giving you a warm and relaxing feeling. Besides, the project provides an extensive range of facilities and is ready to move in. In addition, the condo is located in a good location, close to Sukhumvit MRT, just 2 minutes and not far from the shopping centers such as Terminal 21, Central World as well. So, it is very convenient and suitable for modern people who live here.
