Nice condo with quiet atmosphere

I chose this place because the single-house project in this area is quite rare, and I prefer to travel via BTS. The room is wide, like living in a house. I bought an unfurnished room because I want to style by myself, but the finishing is standard. The project is quite small, with just 8 floors and a few units, so it's pretty quiet. Unfortunately, there is a construction site nearby which is very noisy in the daytime. The neighborhood is quite nice, near Benjasiri Park, department stores, restaurants, and within 10 minutes walking distance to the BTS. I barely met the staff, but when I informed them of the problem, they solved it immediately. Overall, it's lovely!

Excellent location, Only 550 meters from Phrom Phong BTS station. Also, it is not far from EmQuartier and Terminal 21 department stores. It is also surrounded by many leading hospitals such as NIST International School, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. More importantly, the project has complete facilities. On weekends I spend most of my time at the pool; I rarely go out. The room that I stay in now is a one-bedroom room, the size is not very large but the perfect size for me. The furniture is of good quality, perfect for a contemporary style. The staff here is quite good. For example, when the air conditioner is not working, I immediately inform them. After that, they quickly solve the problem. It's considered a quick fix, impressed!
