Large units very competitively priced ideal for families and pet owners. Huge common area including two synthetic grass tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, a playground and playroom for kids…Very low CAM fee at 40 bahts per sqm. Fantastic location on Sukhumvit 24 close to Emporium, Emquartier, K Village, Benjasiri Park, Phrom Phong BTS station and Emsphere (scheduled for completion end of 2023). I purchased a condo there less than two years ago and transformed it into a 3bed, 4 bathrooms, 1 home office, 1 service room +storage. Several renovation projects have been completed since and more are under way. A far better investment for the future than buying an overpriced condo in a new project.

Thank you President Park Sukhumvit 24! I am very fun and comfortable staying here. Thanks for the great services. I lived here for 14 days, and I felt good as if at home. The staff were friendly and always available to help me. The project has a perfect environment because it is surrounded by amenities, perfectly matching my needs. Also, it's close to Phrom Phong BTS station, Terminal 21, Central World, Emporium, and EmQuartier. So, it's convenient in terms of travel. Besides, the project facilities are complete with good conditions, such as a saltwater pool, garden, and gym throughout the time I stayed here. I always used fitness services throughout the project because I like exercising. It's fully-equipped and modern. It made my 14 days on vacation wonderful. More importantly, it's such quality and value to stay here!
