Elio Dal Rey is a hidden gem. Amazing facilities

I live here and I selected this condo especially for its management team. I had lived before in a building developed by the same developer and I wanted to find the same management approach. Personally I prefer “rigid” methods rather than flexible ones. At least you know that rules will be respected and you won’t encounter any surprise. Elio Dal Rey is well managed, safe, well maintained. In Bangkok many buildings have flexible security, meaning that anyone can do anything. Here it’s not possible. (Which is better). Pool, gym and library are spotless and modern. The common garden is a real urban forest where you will hear birds singing. Apartments are well organized, especially the one bedrooms. I bought here a flat and I am so happy I found this hidden gem.

It's a high-quality condo with extensive amenities like a large swimming pool, a gym, lush gardens, and a children's playground. It is a good place for families with children because there is a playground. The location is also within a few minutes of Punnawithi BTS. The BTS station provides easy access to everything, including shopping centers, markets, schools, and universities, as well as numerous nearby tourist attractions. Aside from that, the room I'm renting is beautifully decorated, cozy, and fully furnished; just bring your luggage in. It is suggested for those who want to live in Bang Chack.
