The location is perfect, close to Midtown Asoke Plaza, many shops and restaurants around the area, convenient for shopping. The site is opposite the GMM Grammy building and less than 10 minutes walk to Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS. The room I bought is in decent size with complete furniture. The room overlooks the city view and pleasant surroundings. There is a swimming pool, a gym and a playground on the 32nd floor, which is very wide and clean. I like it here

The project is luxurious even though the building has been completed for a long time, but it's well maintained. The people here are friendly too. High security with key card access system.
We have been renting this place for almost a year now. Since then, there was no problem found, and I'm quite satisfied with this place. The room we stay in is a 1-bedroom unit with a perfect size. The furniture is well arranged, and the project's facilities are complete such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library. Here, there is a shuttle service to Asoke BTS station. Besides, the neighborhood is full of many restaurants and convenience stores, which is considered very convenient.
I have stayed here. From the first step that I entered the project, I could deny that the structure has been delayed over time. But it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. Actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious and renovated in modern style. It comes fully furnished. The common area covers many facilities. Unfortunately, like other condos in Bangkok, this project lacks parking spaces.

It's a project we choose to buy for living during my work in the Sukhumvit area. I purchased this condo because the project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 31, which can be accessed on many routes and close to BTS and MRT stations, making it easy to travel. You can travel either by a private car, bus, or even walk to the nearby amenities. The project offers 4 types of rooms: 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, and penthouses.
The room interior is elegant and modern. We bought 1 bedroom with fully furnished furniture and all furniture from the top brand, which is strong, durable, and beautiful.
I've been here for a year now, and I feel this place is suitable for relax and close to nature because the project gives importance to residents by bringing nature to fill the atmosphere with green space area. The project atmosphere is shady and cozy. My room is on the west side. It is not very hot in the evening because it's installed the heat-proof glass making my leisure during the day comfortable and can commune with the sunset view without building blocking the view. The common area provides a full range of facilities and is set on the 18th floor, including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, etc. Besides, we can use a private lift to go to my room directly. So, you don't have to wait and use shared lifts with others. There is also an underground parking area and an automated parking area, able to park easily, and good support for the residents.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.

I just moved to Bangkok and got to know the condo here. I think if viewed from the outside, it is quite out of date and old. Everything looks old and not very attractive to use. As for my room, it is a fully furnished one-bedroom and well-allocated space. Besides, it is well-ventilated through it all day. Therefore, the room is not musty.
Moreover, the nearby neighbors are friendly, kind, and do not make noise during the night. Overall, the environment here is nice, and the price is not high too.

It's a very outdated condo, but the management is incredible. Clean common areas and good-condition facilities. I bought a 2-bedroom unit 2 years ago; it's spacious and fully furnished. It's a place where I'm pleased to stay, close to Asoke BTS, Terminal 21, and Korean Town as well.
I reserved a 1-bedroom unit with luxurious built-in-furniture before the construction was completed. Now, since the project has been completed, I have just moved in. Everything was terrific. The rooftop garden and a swimming pool area is airy, and you can see a 180-degree view of the city. The gym has new equipment, and there are not many people using them. 100% parking, perfect location near EmQuartier, Phrom Phong BTS, Phetchaburi MRT, very convenient and excellent!
We enjoy living in this apartment. We like our playroom and gym very much. But it is unfortunate that sometimes I find some people don't have a good manner using the public areas. Like they don't take off their shoes in the playroom or do not care if the kids are screaming, and they are not the only ones there.
It is another project in an ideal location in the Thonglor-Ekamai area. Even though the project is in the city, the atmosphere is so calm and quiet. More importantly, it isn’t far from the Ekamai BTS station, making it easy to travel. The room I stayed in is a 1-bedroom room with average size. There are complete facilities.
