Direction to the project

To get to the project by the BTS, you can get off at Thonglor station and straight ahead for 160 meters. Turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 53 and walk about 400 meters and turn right into Soi Thonglor 5. Go straight for 140 meters, and you will see Soi Thonglor 17 / Soi Padi Madi. Walk for 600 meters and turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 49/4 / Soi Akharaphat. Walk for 160 meters, turn right at Nami massage Thonglor 13 and continue walking for 170 meters and turn left at Soi Torsak for about 180 meters to walk. Go straight to the Soi Phrom Phong for about 200 meters and turn right for another 26 meters. You will see the Walden Thonglor 13 project.

I have already booked the Walden Thonglor 13 project. It is an under-construction, located on a prime location in the quiet Wattana district and surrounded by complete amenities. Walden Thonglor 13 is a new outstanding project in terms of location and the project meticulously designed to match the residents' needs in the future. No matter how elegant the design is, premium-grade decoration and the facilities inside the room and outside are perfect. I booked a 1-bedroom room which size fits my needs. The common area is well-equipped with a modern swimming pool and a unique design. The security system is stylish and has the digital door lock system and the automatic entry and exit system (access control). It is a very interesting modern project and is close to various amenities, convenient to travel and privacy. The condo is very suitable for urban lifestyles and worth the investment, whether renting or buying for living by yourself.
