The location in which the project stands is filled with Bangkok’s greatest amenities like the Rama 9 MRT Station which is only 300 meters away from the project, the G Tower, Terminal 21 and more. Not to mention the upcoming MRT Orange Line that’ll take you East to West of Bangkok as well as the Grand Rama 9 to be one of the largest mixed-use developments in Bangkok.The facilities are much more than you can expect. With 3 swimming pools in total, a fully-equipped gym, and a Sky Lounge for you to utilize freely and enjoy the view of Bangkok’s skyline.
Many foreigners are living in this area &The project is superb transportation.

Many foreigners are living in this area. Most of them come from Japan, China, or Korea, but we can communicate and understand each other. I feel comfortable staying here because food and transportation are very accessible and convenient. The most important concern for foreigners like us is safety. It seems that Life Asoke Rama 9 Condo is the best response at this point. The room I bought is a studio room, about 32 sq.m. and I am okay with small sizes because I live alone and mostly spend my time in common areas. The door is an automatic locking system that is very safe. The kitchen is also fully furnished with high class ready to use products. The composition in a small area is neatly arranged, and every space is usable indeed. In the common area provides sky gardens, aquarium sky swimming Pool comes with a panoramic city view of Bangkok where I can enjoy my evening with friends whenever I want. It's so incredible !!. Here also has a sky lounge that you can chill out as well. Moreover, the condo provides a 2-floors gym with fully modern equipment, and it's enough for the number of users that come together with a sauna in the same area. The security systems are excellent in terms of using one card access system to the room. The Meeting area and lobby are spacious, and you can reach staff anytime you need any assistant because they can speak English perfectly. I would give this to 5 stars service accommodation in the main city. The project here is superb transportation. I don't like going anywhere on holiday. I mostly go nearby shopping malls, walk about 10 minutes to Central Rama 9, Fortune town, and connect Rama 9 MRT station to anywhere in Bangkok conveniently. Also, during work from home, I didn't feel bored because it has complete facilities inside the project. I would say that living here is worth paying. I am very impressed and enjoyed my stay here. Superb!!

I have been married for 3 years now, after getting married, I have moved into my husband's parents house. After years of saving finally, it's time to buy our place. My husband wants to continue living around Rama 9 area so he can easily visit his parents. As you know, there are many condos in Rama 9 area to choose from. Very fortunate, Life Asoke Rama 9, a new condo, the price is only 2.75 million, which is considered the lowest in this area. The location of the project is also close to the Rama 9 MRT Station, a distance of 300 meters, and the Petchaburi Station is about 730 meters away, or if you want to use the Airport Link, there is Makkasan Station 1.3 km from the property. There are 3 expressways near the project if you travel by car: Asoke 2 expressway about 150 meters, Asoke 3 expressway 930 meters, and Asoke 4 940 meters. There are two to three shopping malls such as Central Rama 9, Esplanade. You can choose from 1-2 bedrooms and studios. The project has a unit layout and space within the new Interlock Lay Out design. It creates more usable space in the room and has the perfect proportion of various functions, making the room have a lot of dimensions. The entrance area Has a large garden area That is surrounded by many green trees. I decided to buy the condo because of its reasonable price and location. I love that the project provides a wide range of facilities and they are superb. The exterior is stunning and the entire design makes me feel like living in a luxurious hotel, especially a rooftop corridor connecting buildings together. It’s where the rooftop garden and the pools are located. I enjoy spending my evening there as the view is breathtaking. At the beginning, I thought it would be very expensive but I did some research I found that it’s affordable. If I marry my girlfriend and settle down Thailand. Buying a condo would be a better option than renting one. Transportation is also convenient. I don’t own a car but the place is near Rama 9 MRT and Makkasan ARL so I can easily commute. For those who want to buy the condo for investment, I would recommend this condo because it’s in a prime location with many selling points. I don’t think it will be difficult to make a profit.

I went to reserve it because the project is still under construction. According to the project's plan that I have read, It is situated in a perfect location. Also, it is convenient to travel, close to Rama 9 MRT (300 meters), and Si Rat Expressway. Besides, it is near to many shopping malls such as Central Rama 9, Fortune Town, and Tesco Lotus. As for the project's room, there is a beautiful space. The project sells a fully-fitted room with a pantry in the kitchen and bathroom sanitary ware. The common area is fascinating, with three large swimming pools on the top floor of the condo and a 2-floor gym. However, it will be a problem if you drive a car. We have to spare time because this road is quite busy all day.

I bought this condo for investment. I can say that it is very worth my money because it is a good location here, next to the main road. And also close to the BTS, JUST 2 minutes walk!! The room is never unrented. There are always tenants reserving it. This project very popular among foreigners, especially Japanese ones. There are various shops and restaurants surround the condo. The rental price is approximately 30,000-40,000 baht per 2 bedrooms, which is reasonable. I think the customer can accept in a good location with all the amenities like this.

I went to see the showroom last week, and I have booked 1 unit because I'm looking for a new condo. This condo is suitable for health lovers like me because I like to exercise and look after my health. Therefore, I focused on the condo in which there is a full range of exercise equipment. Fortunately, this project has organized a gym for two floors overlooking a 360-degree stunning view of Bangkok. Since a glass window in a gym, you can see through the perspective. Also, there are many relaxation corners, including the common area, which is considerable at about 7.5 Rai. I think it is worth it; therefore, I decided to buy 1 unit then. However, the room now is under construction. I will review it again if it 100% completed.
