A new condo with a wonderful rooftop view

The first reason I bought the condo here is because of falling in love with the wonderful and breezy rooftop view overlooking a 360-degree Bangkok view. The facilities in the common area are new, clean, and modern. Moreover, there is a lush green area surrounding the project. In the room, it's beautifully decorated and as luxurious as many nearby condos. Apart from that, the project uses a smart home system to control everything via mobile phone. The location is also great, perfect for investing because it is located in the business area, yet the staff serves excellent service, takes good care of the residents, and lovely.

Outstanding facilities and communal area

For a high density project, the finishing are well done. Located on the corner of Phetchaburi and wireless road, this project is only minutes away from downtown Bangkok. Impressive facility quality and common area's. The price of this project is great value if you avoid buying from the Chinese agent, they have marked up 12% and that's one reason why 100 units came back in the market Q3 2020.

Great investment for new condo in bangkok!

The rooftop facilities are very impressive although the gym is a bit small. The location is great in the, although it is situated on a one way street so can have limited access during high traffic times. As an investment, the sqm pricing is very good as its situated in one of the most expensive areas in Bangkok.

Condo in the heart of the city, convenient to travel

It is a luxury condominium located in prime zones. The condo is 450 meters from the Central Embassy, a walkable place in nice weather, and a short walk from the BTS. The condo has a perfect atmosphere. There is a green area around the project, giving a pleasant feeling. Besides, the interior of the condo is luxurious, beautifully decorated, and full of interior amenities. The condo highlight will be a large rooftop swimming pool that I can see a city view. The room is elegant decoration, nice and complete with amenities, ready for a comfortable life.

The condo is designed blended with nature suitable for relaxing. The atmosphere on the rooftop is perfect. There are a garden and a swimming pool which can go swimming or lounge. I like the area and decoration of the condo so much. Besides, the location is easy to access, and it is a district with many significant places.

Good for investment in the long run

Suppose anyone is looking for a beautiful condo in the center in Bangkok. I think this is the answer to most questions since I saw here. I'm so impressed cause travel is very convenient. The room I bought is empty. No furniture but will have some built-in, and it uses very high-quality equipment. Location compared to the purchase price is very worthwhile. I think it's designed quite well in the central area. The selling point is the city view with a rooftop bar. The swimming pool and common area are large enough for the number of residents. Now I bought it for rent. I think that this area will go up in price and value for investment in the future. There is a shuttle bus service to Ploenchit BTS station as well. Anyone who has a private car does not have to worry about parking. There is enough parking, and I don't particularly appreciate that the road to the condo is a single lane. It may be challenging to get in and out, But the residents can go connection way behind the condo. Overall, I think it is excellent. Both the quality, the location, the transportation here is all in one place.

Prime area but SMALL room

The location of the project is in the prime area. You can go to Siam by taking 2 BTS stations. The price is quite low and acceptable if compared to the surrounding projects. But the room size is small. The project focuses on facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, jacuzzi, and a viewpoint. We can watch the view of the Ploenchit area. However, the project is situated next to the Saen Saeb Canal. There will be smelly on a humid day. Also, the back of the project is close to the expressway causing noise pollution as well.
