Settle in with panoramic city views, rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped gym, fitness centre, library, common working space with wifi and 24-7 security guards. Life 48 Sukhumvit is nestled next to Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit and Accor's ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit. Only 600 meters from a sky train station (BTS green line, Phra Khanong station), the Life 48 Sukhumvit sits across Sukhumvit Road from W District. Enjoy Phra Khanong's chilled out, neighborhood vibes. In addition to W District, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and food stalls. Great for foodies and a cool spot for after-hours.

Excellent location, near Phakhanong BTS

The project is located in an excellent location, close to Prakhanong BTS, so the transportation is quite convenient. If you use a car, you can drive from many routes. It is also close to the expressway. Moreover, the staff here has a good service, professional, and very helpful. The one-bedroom unit features a perfect size at 30 sq.m suitable for living alone. Inside, there are a bedroom, living area, and kitchen zone divided very well. The project has only some furniture, but I'm happy with it because I can decorate it by myself as I like. It also has common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a co-working space, and an access-control elevator, which gives me peace of mind. Unfortunately, the project has inadequate parking space. But if you use the Skytrain, Life Sukhumvit 48 will definitely be another dream condo!

Love the room decor! Although the room is small, the interior is fully furnished and stylish. The project common area is clean, with a rooftop garden and infinity sky pool, which is pleasant. The location is conveniently located 600 meters close to Phra Khanong BTS, no need to use the private car anymore. You can either go working or traveling comfortably.

Nice condo, a spacious unit with a separate living room, dining area, and bedroom. Full facilities. I love the view of rooftop swimming pools, and it takes a 7-10 minutes walk to Phra Khanong BTS station. Convenient location, but the balcony is so small and not enough parking lot.

It is in a very excellent location, opposite to 7-11 and several stalls. Near Sukhumvit Road with less than 100 meters, and 10 minutes walk to Phra Khanong BTS. It is a high-rise condo at 31-floor high. There is a sunbathing deck and a large infinity pool with a 180-degree panoramic view of the city. It is wonderful, especially the sunset view. The units with 1-2 bedrooms are spacious, divided into zones, and nicely decorated with built-in furniture. Excellent service staff. It is a lovely condo.
