So far, so good. We are enjoying our stay here. The landscaping, swimming pool and parking lot always seem to be maintained nicely and our service request was responded to in an efficient and friendly manner.

The traffic near the property can get very bad around rush hour due to the Asoke - Ratchada traffic. That being said the building is fairly nice and well maintained. The facailties are good and the rooms are good quality.

I worked so hard and have some savings, so I decided to take a break in Thailand for 6 months. During my trip. I traveled to many attractions in several provinces of Thailand. One of them is Bangkok, and I had a chance to stay in this condo. The room is luxuriously decorated with high-quality furniture. That wasn't the only reason to stay here. The upside of the condo is its location near Petchaburi MRT within 6 minutes. You don't need to worry about food as there are many restaurants nearby. And the malls like Prasanmit Plaza Fortune Town Mall are just 1 kilometer away. The on-site facilities include a sauna, separated onsen for men and women, Sky gym with a panoramic view, a swimming pool, a garden, and a theater. Nice and Great! About the downside, there are 5 elevators here, seems enough, but it's not, especially in the rush hour. After work, many residents are waiting to use it. Overall, it's a great place to stay.
