Beautiful condo near all amenities

It's a beautiful condo with a lovely interior design. The security system is okay, which the guard and receptionist are friendly. To enter and out of the condo, we have to use the key card access. So, there won't be non-residents to easily enter the condo, making this ideal place cozier and safer. I bought the condo here for a while with a 1-bedroom and 1 bathroom unit. When the furniture is finished installing, there will be only a small walkway and little living space. It would be inconvenient to stay for many people. Anyway, the built-in furniture provided can hold a lot of stuff, making the room look tidy even though there is a little space. The common area includes a swimming pool with an overlooking city view and a rooftop garden, where it is my favorite area to sit and relax. For me, I'm okay with this condo because I rarely use a private car. I always take the BTS and public transports. I can walk to the Ari BTS Station conveniently because it is not far and safe. More importantly, many restaurants and convenience stores along the way make it easier for shopping.
