The condo near Lat Phrao Intersection, lots of common areas

I bought a room in this project to rent out and live in because I realized the potential of this project. Also, according to project special offers, it made me want to live in it. I like the rooftop facilities, which include the social club, gym, private theater room, and yoga room. As for the outdoor facilities, it comprises a swimming pool and a beautiful sky garden with 360-degree views. Besides, the landscapes are unobstructed by any buildings. In fact, there are many other facilities provided. The surrounding area is densely packed with numerous amenities, such as Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS, CentralPlaza Lat Phrao, Union Mall, etc. Furthermore, the room I bought was a studio for renting out, but a spacious and beautifully decorated 2-bedroom unit for living. It is a worthwhile condo.
