This condo is located in the city center, a beautiful building with a green garden surrounding the condo. The atmosphere is quite good and quiet. The room I stay in is just a studio room. Overall, both the furniture and the room are satisfactory. Reasonable price. The common area here is clean, featuring a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. It is easily accessible every day. We have to use the Skytrain instead of private cars because the traffic here is quite jammed. Overall, it is very ok for us because it is close to the office, allowing us to live easily.

It is very convenient to travel around

This is the greatest location that I’ve ever seen in this area. It is very convenient to travel around. Walk only 5 minutes to reach Chidlom BTS and near Siam Paragon, Central Chidlom, and Central Embassy. At the entrance of the street have many kinds of public transportation that you can connect to the other areas easily. It takes just 5-10 minutes to reach the project, and it is crowded on the road. They provide security for 24 hours, and the staff is excellent service. The common area is so clean and full of facilities. The project is quite out of date, but I love this vintage style. The kitchen room is small and a full furniture living room that is excellent for relaxation. The bathroom also provides a spacious shower and bathtub. Overall, for those who are looking for a perfect transportation condominium. I want to recommend this project because it’s incredible!!

A luxury condominium in the heart of the Chidlom area. Located next to Saen Saeb Canal, a convenient location to get to Central Chidlom and Central Embassy within walking distance. It takes less than 5 minutes. The condo is suitable for people who love peace but still want to live in the city. Lovely neighbors and helpful staff. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and luxurious at a reasonable price. Very nice place!

Superior service condo in the city center

A beautiful luxury condo with a reasonable rental price is located an 8-minute walk from the Chidlom BTS Skytrain. Also, there is a shuttle service to the BTS as well. Impressive! The on-site contains a beautiful swimming pool, a fitness center, and a business center. It is a luxury condo in the heart of Bangkok. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Central Chidlom and Central Embassy. On the terrible traffic day, you can take the BTS public transport instead. It's easier and more convenient.

I bought a one-bedroom unit here at a reasonable price. I like it here because the room is spacious, decorated with good furniture and quality. The condo has a great design with a shady atmosphere—well maintained swimming pool, nice to swim. The staff here are not that friendly; they don't smile or help us as it should be. I hope they can improve. The location is considered good, near Chidlom BTS, easy to get around.
