I've been looking for a condo in the Charoen Krung area to stay. At first, I searched for several places until I found this project, which is interesting. It's now under construction. I can't wait to see when it completes before deciding to buy. The room that I am interested in is a one-bedroom unit that doesn't look too small at all. Moreover, the project facilities are quite complete, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a garden. The condo is located not far from the Chao Phraya River, which the atmosphere would be delightful to see. However, it's quite far from the Skytrain, so it's suitable for people who own cars.
