A new almost completed condo in the Sathon CBD area

I visited the project showroom a few days ago during the Open House event. This project has several special offers available. It is near the Sathon CBD area and the Talat Phlu BTS station's Skywalk, which is only 150 meters away and has a variety of lifestyle center options. It also has a large common area with a unique design. If you want privacy, you can use the common indoor area or use the outdoor service to be a part of a community. Besides, the project has 40 floors, with a curved view of the Chao Phraya River from the upper floors. Depending on your requirements, you can also select from four different room styles. However, the parking lot is smaller than the unit numbers, which total 1,971 units, and the project's entrance is difficult to notice due to the numerous roads. Finally, people who rely on public transportation will benefit from this project.
