Best condominium in Bangkok with 3 swimming pools, 2 gyms and even a cinema at the top floors with fantastic views of Bangkok and great management running the building.

A perfect and unique common area designed

Love the project's common area so much, beautiful and modern, perfectly meets the need of urban life. All facilities are designed to be functional. It's considered a new stylish design and worthwhile, different from many projects. There is no perfect word to describe how convenient the location is as many popular property developments surrounding it, as well as MRT, ARL, shopping malls like Central Plaza Grand Rama 9, Fortune Town, and G Tower office building. Besides, there is a wide room range to choose from depending on residents' preference. In general, it's perfect without any troubles. Recommend it here to be on the option for living in the city

Condo near Phra Ram 9 MRT station, very convenient and definitely recommend!!!

This condo is near Phra Ram 9 MRT station, just about 300 meters. Very convenient and recommended to take MRT to avoid traffic. It is also close to CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9, Fortune Tower, Train Night Market Ratchada, etc. It's considered in a convenient location. The living area is adjacent to the bedroom, a closed kitchen with a sliding glass door. I don't usually cook in my room and don't worry much about the smell. This is a great place. Definitely recommend.

Affordable price and close to BTS station

It is a nice and modern condo featuring a swimming pool with a city view and a gym. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are great. However, car parking here is quite limited. There should be more and quite small because it is not a new condo. Anyway, the prices are reasonable, and it is close to all conveniences you need in Bangkok. Just a few steps from Thonglor BTS station, which is very convenient and connects to every city destination. It is suitable for living or renting out, considered very worthwhile!

As I've moved to several places, the condo here is one of the best condo ever. There is an outdoor pool and spacious sunbathing seats. Moreover, there are many types of rooms. And I think the view is beautiful in every room. Most of the residents here are Japanese and European. Also, the staff is helpful. I like it the most because it is convenient to travel, just 5 minutes from Thonglor BTS Station. If you have your car, there is ample parking, but sometimes it's not enough for the number of residents !!
