The downtown condo with outstanding buildings, including a lush green garden and relaxing area. The atmosphere is nice and tranquil. My room is a studio unit, beautifully decorated with furniture. The price is reasonable, and the common area is complete, clean, and modern, comprising a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. Go shopping is also convenient because the condo is located in the city center, surrounded by popular shopping malls such as The Emporium, Terminal 21, and my office. Life here is convenient, and I'm not disappointed to buy here.

Today is auspicious, so I just moved in for the first time. The room I bought is a one-bedroom unit that is very spacious. Each built-in furniture is elegant and modern. The rooftop facility also has a swimming pool, gym, and garden, which will be my favorite spot in the evening. Apart from its luxurious look, the location is ideal in a business center. Easy to travel via Phrom Phong BTS, and there are many shopping malls close by, including Terminal 21 and The EmQuartier.

I bought a 1-bed unit here since the condo was newly completed. So far, I haven't found any problem and am quite satisfied with the quality. The room is large, fully furnished, and elegantly decorated. It's ready to move in. The parking is sufficient for the residents. The main facilities are on the 31st floor, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sky lounge. I also love the project's location near the main road of Sukhumvit, which you can connect to many routes. Be prepared for the heavy traffic in rush hour. But if you want to avoid it, you can use the BTS. Just 5 minutes walk, you can reach Phrom Phong BTS. In addition, the project area has restaurants and famous shopping malls such as the Emporium, the Emquartier, and Terminal 21. I can't get bored staying in this area.

A wonderful condo in the heart of the business district. The project is located next to the main road. There is strict security. The decoration is stylish and elegant. The staff is friendly and has a great manner. The atmosphere is very livable, including a swimming pool with a beautiful view on the rooftop and a relaxing area for the evening. A 1-bedroom unit features 45 sq.m, which is pretty spacious. The view from the window is stunning when you enjoy it from a high angle. There is also a European-style kitchen corner, with full kitchen equipment. Most of our neighbors are both Thai and foreigners.
