Even though we stayed for a few days, we were very impressed with the staff's service here. They took good care and helped us, yet they are very friendly. The common areas are clean and pleasant to take services. The location is also excellent, and access to many amenities, including the Skytrain, famous department stores. I love it very much. I'd like to come back to stay again if I have a chance.

This condo is in an excellent location and suitable for living by yourself or for renting out. There is very convenient transportation. It is only a few steps away from Chong Nonsi BTS Station and within 1 kilometer of the Si Rat Expressway. It is among various lifestyle sources, including cafes, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The condo is just next door to Central Silom. There are many shops and supermarkets selling imported international products. If talking about the facilities in the project, they are full range. In leisure time, there are various activities to do, such as swimming, chilling in a garden, having a barbecue, and going to a sauna. The security system works 24 hours. Another favorite thing is that there are shops and restaurants inside the project that I often use on my rush or lazy day. My room has been recently renovated, and the interior is in a modern style. The room is very spacious. There is a large glass window on the balcony for the natural light. The colors of the room are bright, which makes the room look wider. And the bathroom here is divided into the bathtub and rain shower, the floor of the room is mostly wood, materials and furniture in the room are decorated to suit the price. I bought this condo here from a previous owner. At that time, I was a person who came to work and found a convenient living place. Because my office is near the Silom area, but I don't want to stay in that area because it's a bit chaotic. Therefore I chose here and have been living there for about 2 years, so I decided to buy it. So far, I have been living here for almost 5 years, I rent the room to someone else, and I always have potential clients so my room was never left unrented. Most of the tenants are foreigners. I think it is very worth buying. Although the price was a bit high, the return is excellent.

A modern style residence in the heart of the city with large rooms. It gives a sense of comfort. My bedroom has a beautiful city view. In addition, the room also has a large kitchen and living room, which is clean and tidy. Moreover, the condo is located in the heart of the city, where the transportation is convenient, next to Chong Nonsi BTS and Narathiwat Road, near Silom Road, Si Rat Expressway, and the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway. Apart from that, it is also surrounded by many shopping malls, such as Central Silom, which is only 1 kilometer, suitable for me who want all-round convenience.

It’s a high-quality condo in the heart of Bangkok. It’s very convenient to go anywhere, and also it’s only 4 mins walking to Chong Nonsi BTS station. It makes me less worried about traffic jams, and there are department stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. It is very convenient during the weekends. I usually go for a walk to Central Chidlom. The room I rented was a two-bedroom unit, not very spacious but well-proportioned. It also comes with full furniture. I can say that it is a very convenient living.

It is very close to Chong Nonsi BTS, less than 5 minutes walk. The room is spacious with good quality furniture. It is a ready-to-move-in condo. I sometimes travel by car. This condo is very convenient because the location is very close to the expressway. I can drive to the expressway comfortably. Besides, around the condo, there are many shopping malls and shops. The common areas are fully equipped with a large swimming pool, fitness center, garden, sauna room, multipurpose yard, and the lobby to welcome guests.

I made no mistake about renting this place. It is considered an enjoyable place to live. The facilities are complete. The room I rented is on the 18th floor. It is a 2-bedroom unit with a roommate. The bedroom is quite spacious. Each piece of furniture is decent. As for the location, it's perfect because it's close to Chong Nonsi BTS, making it easy to get around.
