I reserved a townhome. My townhome is a 3.5-story unit with a spacious usable area. This place has a very elegant design style. The first floor is part of the car park, living room, kitchen, garden, and multipurpose room. The second floor is the master bedroom with a bathroom and a large walk-in closet. More importantly, this floor has a balcony, making the atmosphere so cozy and good ventilation. On the third floor, it is the bedroom part with an en-suite bathroom in every room. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that there is no furniture provided in this place. There are only 5 units within the project, making it so private. Unfortunately, there are no facilities in the common area. As for transportation, it is pretty convenient, as the project is located only 9 minutes away from department stores such as Union Mall and Big C Extra Ladprao, which are very good. Now I start to count the days waiting to move in.
