I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
This condo is a cozy place for me in the heart of Sukhumvit. I moved to Thailand for work, and I didn't expect to get an excellent room here because the project is pretty old and not having much information. I found this room on the rental website at very low prices, judging the room size - 2-bedroom units. I rented for 30,000 baht per month, which I think is okay to live with my brother. Plus, we prefer to use public transportation, and the project is also close to the BTS, just 5 minutes walking. There are no other skyscrapers in the neighborhood, just detached houses, which makes me feel relaxed when I walk into the alley. Also, there are many restaurants around because foreigners are living. The food can vary from street food to famous restaurants. It is also just a few steps to the leading department stores that gather all lifestyles, such as cinema, shopping centers, drug stores, etc.
My room is 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The overall appearance of the room is modern since it has been renovated. The living area is well maintained and clean. But I think it was left unrented for a while as I saw some dust on the furniture. Yet, the owner managed to have the room cleaned before we arrived. The room is decorated in Thai style with wooden materials on the cabinets and floors. The kitchen is complete with kitchen equipment. I rarely use the swimming pool and the gym because they look poorly maintained, and some of the equipment does not work.
This project is well designed. I like it! The room I stayed in is a one-bedroom unit of perfect size with complete furniture. The rental price is reasonable, but I wouldn't say I like the laminate flooring as it can be a bit difficult to maintain. By the way, I really like the fitness center, which is spacious and fully-equipped. It's comparable to many top-class fitness centers. More importantly, the project is located on the main road near the Cultural Center MRT, making it easy to get around.

Easy to travel because it is only 200 meters from Phetchaburi MRT. Worth the money for both a private living and for long-term investment.

The Swimming Pool is a quiet heaven and the garden an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city. Perfect place to relax and still be in the middle of it all. The building, the lobby, and the garden are thoughtfully designed and lovingly maintained. I enjoy the place every time I come to visit.
My family and I came to Thailand for a one-month vacation. I chose to rent Ficus Lane Phra Khanong Condo, a low rise 7-story condo in a quiet atmosphere. So, I decided to rent a 2-bedroom, a 2-bathroom with a pool view. The atmosphere of the condo is excellent. All rooms are well designed and decorated with fully furnished. Besides, there is quite a large kitchen with a full set of kitchen appliances. It is suitable for our family because my mother likes to cook.
For traveling, I choose to take Phra Khanong BTS station; the distance from the condo is only 500 meters and takes a few minutes to walk to the station. I like to visit interesting places in Sukhumvit because there are many international restaurants, and it is also a zone where numerous foreigners and Thais experience this beautiful street. Overall, this condo is nice, shady, allowing privacy and suitable for relaxation.
I really like the modern design of this project. It is stunning. The facility is luxurious and classy, such as a smart parking system suitable for women like me. Besides, the room also has an automatic operating system, making life extremely convenient. The size of the 2-bedrooms unit here is quite spacious. Both of them are very spacious. An open room plan connects a living room and a dining area, overlooking the city view. The condo is in the Thonglor area, making a journey more convenient. Getting to Thonglor BTS takes only 2 minutes.
I had a chance to inspect my friend's 3-bedroom unit. There's no word to describe, just "wonderful," both scenery and inside the room. It was fully furnished and decorated in a modern style. It also comes with a private pool, perfect! The facilities are complete, and the common area is clean as the staff regularly clean it. It's convenient to go everywhere, 800 meters close to Asoke BTS and 900 meters far from Sukhumvit MRT. Love this condo as it's convenient in many ways. I finally bought 1 room.
Unfortunately this project is of a low grade and outdated. The property management is poor and its located at the backside of Sukhumvit 50, overshadowed by many other condo's .However if you would like to live in peace and don't mind living hidden, this is the place to choose
I rent a one-bedroom unit in this project at an affordable price. The room comes with full furniture. The design is not luxurious but simple and functional. The project has been kept clean. The project is in the Kasetsart University area, where you can find food at a reasonable price. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place.
I stayed for a short-term stay, and it was fully furnished, equipped with modern and clean appliances. The atmosphere was tranquil, like staying in the hotel, which there were many services. The staff also facilitated us perfectly, and the housekeepers cleaned our room daily. I love the pool so much as it is clear and clean water, with many sunbeds lining with many cozy corners. I can swim anytime I want, non-crowded and private.
Every units there got a private pool which is the main point in this building. Big duplex - perfect for families. Very close to mains attractions. A bit expensive but easily negociable for a long term contract.
A prosperous location next to Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra Road, perfect for working-aged people living in the city. It is close to various amenities, including consumer products. The condo site is spacious and luxuriously designed in a modern style, which is pleasant to live in. There are many rooms to choose from, but I chose a 2 bedroom unit with spacious interior and standard furniture. Anyway, it's still impressive. The balcony is large, overlooking the city view, very pleasant. However, it's not easy to use a private car because it is terrible; use the BTS instead. In general, not disappointed to buy here at a reasonable price.

The condo is in a great location where you can access many main roads, ideally near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS, to travel easily. There is The EmQuartier nearby within 20 minutes walk! You can explore food stores and go shopping. There are several schools and hospitals like Bangkok Prep International School, Ekkamai International School, Bangkok University, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Rutnin Eye Hospital. Personally, I love this condo. I bought this from a Thai owner many years ago. I'm impressed by the staff and the guards who are so friendly. They take care of the residents and the clients nicely. We say 'hello' to each other every day. The facilities are complete. You can try a wide range of gym equipment; there are well equipped. The outsider can also use the project's facilities. There are 2 types of the pools here, for adults and kids, which are pretty large, I love spending time here on the weekend. My room is in a one-bedroom type at 50 sq.m. It's so inviting because the previous owner had a good sense of decoration. There is some furniture, so I didn't have to buy much. When I bought it, the price was 4 million baht, but it's worth it since the spacious room in the prime location can be hard to find.
