The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.

I've been here for almost six years. I bought 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. My office is near the condo; so, I decided to buy it. It's close to many public transportations, and I always take the BTS at the Asoke station because it's the nearest station to my condo. I often take the BTS more than other transportation because I have to use this route to work every day. After work, I always feel good staying at the condo, and I can spend more of my free time resting. It's different staying at other condos. When I moved here, I have more personal time and convenience to do everything, whether shopping, traveling, and staging delicious food with a wide selection. It's convenient in all aspects of my life. The on-site features a rooftop pool, a fitness center, BBQ grilled area, etc. There are security guards who always take care of 24 hours, and key card access system in terms of the security system, good protection from outsiders entry. I think it's a good place, the location is excellent, and the project features a wide range of facilities and a perfect security system.
Also known as the Beverly Hills of Bangkok, this project offers the best price for this area. Its walking distance from the mainroad suk 55, and surrounded by all the upscale establishments of Thonglor. The size of the units are good and very hard to find in this area. Keep in mind that the units are outdated and need a design touch in case you purchase. Overall great value for money
Nice room, great atmosphere, and professional service staff. I am satisfied with everything about the condo, including a complete range of facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and luxury jacuzzi. I am not disappointed that I rented this condo because in the past there were no problems. Everything is fine. Moreover, this condo is located 600 meters far from Phrong Phong BTS station and can walk very conveniently. It is also not far from the facilities of this condo area as well.
It is an old condo that the room price is not very high. It is very suitable for our family. The room is large with 3 bedrooms, clean and quiet, and offers a complete range of facilities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and ample parking. However, the project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 11, which is 1 kilometer away from the BTS station. It might be inconvenient for people who have to use the sky train because you have to take another car. But overall, this place is okay, nice to live in, and the room price is not high compared to the room size and the facilities that are suitable for a good price.

I bought it here because I rarely drive a car. So, I chose to find a condo close to BTS, public transport, and close to the place with complete amenities. Also, I selected the location and common areas, bringing convenience for living in the city. This condo also matches what I need. Regarding the luxury project, there is a green area on the rooftop with a panoramic view of the town, and an infinity pool supports the residents to fulfill happiness and comfort during the stay. Besides, the room's interior is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, quiet, with large windows. The ceiling is also high from the floor, giving a stunning view of Sukhumvit city at night. Such a fantastic view. The furniture and sanitary ware are durable, strong and suitable for use.
Anyone interested in this condo and has their cars is a little difficult because of the traffic jams the whole day. It is normal in city life, or you can choose a shortcut and avoid bad traffic routes.
The atmosphere is good and different from other condos which are located in the city center. The on-site is tranquil and uncrowded. The room is spacious, clean, and safe. Besides, there are various facilities which are very private. The facilities comprise a communal pool, a reading room, and a lounge. Similarly, there is room service, delivering food to the room, and other premium services.
Every units there got a private pool which is the main point in this building. Big duplex - perfect for families. Very close to mains attractions. A bit expensive but easily negociable for a long term contract.
I have been working in the Ekkamai area for a while, and I bought a 3- bedroom at Casa viva with family. The condo is close to my office, and it is very convenient when going to work. Also, traveling is more convenient because the condo is close to Ekkamai BTS. I like the convenience to be the number one priority. The condo has allocated facilities to suit me perfectly, including the condo has a certain level of privacy; therefore, it impressed my family. Moreover, there are also nearby famous places in the Ekamai area like Gateway Ekamai, Snow Town, and Gateway Ekamai, which my family and I often go walking and shopping. The project provides excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness, and high-quality security in terms of facilities. Moreover, considered to meet the needs well. The environment and communities around the condo are of good quality.
This was one of the pioneering high rise developments in Phra Khanong, but unfortunately has degraded tremendously. Sub standard finishing and low grade furniture. A large portion of the building is still empty and there is a frequent change of property management. The resale units are not worth the price, and I would advice to look fr new units and bargain toward <95.000THB per sqm. Its simply not worth more than that.
Overall building is acceptable, many people working in the CBD live her and some retired expats. The project has some decent sized units, although they are a bit outdated its acceptable.
I used to rent here with my friend. It is a nice condo near the office, easy to travel to, and convenient for life. The room is spacious, allocated spaces into zones, making the room tidy and storing many things. Besides, the common area includes a communal pool, a gym, and a jacuzzi, which all areas are clean and well-maintained. The staff also well-took care of the residents and excellently helped them as well.
This is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. Security and Management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. Beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. Quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose
It's another condominium in Modern Simplicity to deliver the best living for the residents. The design concept pays attention to every detail, from material and furniture selection to decoration. Located in the Thonglor area, a prosperity of shopping centers, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The area is also a famous business district of Bangkok. The project comes with complete facilities and management from a professional team. There are only 1 and 2 bedroom types available.
Never thought I'd enjoy living in a condominium, but since I moved into Watermark everything turned out great. The facilities are more than I could expect (i.e. basketball court, tennis court, 3 swimming pools, gym, yoga room and more). There have been maintenance issues in terms of the lifts not being able to function at times. But the best part is the view of the Chao Phraya River and beyond that the city. Plus, it's pet-friendly!
