We have a 5-storery with 2 huge living room

1st bedroom sleeps 5 guests and an extra 1 bed available. With 55" LED TV

2nd bedroom sleeps 3 guests comfortably with 40" LED TV

3rd bedroom is perfect for a couple or 2 individuals.

Additional beds can be arranged for larger groups.

Parking is easy with our private parking facilities, whether you arrive by car or motorbike.

Other things to note

Electricity usage cost 6 Baht per unit.

We will take photo of electric meter when you arrive and calculate your usage when you check out.

Typical usage is about THB 50 per day per bedroom used if you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night.

The big air conditioners in the living room on ground floor will use a lot more electricity if you have it on a lot.

By paying electricity according to usage, it will be fair for smaller group who may use less bedrooms, thus pay less for electricity usage than big group who use more bedrooms.

In additional, it help conserve electricity usage because guests will usually make sure they turn off the air conditioner before they go out. If it was included in the price, most guests tend to leave it on day and night because "it's already paid for".

This way, we are able to set a competitive daily price which can be appealing for both small groups as well as big groups.

**We will change your sheets and towels every 7 days. Our maids will also clean the room.
