Beautiful design condo, modern, and complete with facilities, every unit offers the Bangkok city view beautifully. The room has home automation or known as a smart home system, facilitating the residents perfectly. There is also a shuttle bus service every 30 minutes. In front of the project, there are many restaurants you can choose from, very convenient! Only 750 meters or 10 minutes close to the On Nut BTS station. What I hate is the traffic, it's really bad in the morning and the afternoon. It's not recommended to use private cars.

Moving in Thailand for two years, The condominium is fantastic. Suppose anyone likes a condo decoration in a luxury style. You can feel the aura of luxury, and there are a variety of room types. We can choose as we prefer. What I like is the Smart Home Function System that makes everything look easier at my fingertips. Then, a good environment. The management system within the condominium is very nice, perfectly responds to all needs, and the project near Onnuch BTS is easy to go anywhere. The project also has a free shuttle service to Onnuch BTS, or travel by private car is also very convenient. There are places nearby where we can go to facilities such as markets, shopping malls, hospitals, and restaurants. The project service has covered my needs a lot, swimming pool, fitness, excellent safety.

If talking about this project, I did research a lot before deciding to book. Because of the feedback of old projects under the same developer, get many poor comments. It's complaining about contractors, quality of materials that are low standard. When I went to inspect the showroom, I found that those issues have already been improved and fixed. The decoration materials inside the room are suitable for the selling price. The room's size is 34.89 sq.m., even the ceiling is also high, which is perfect. The room we inspected was more spacious than expected compared to other projects, in which the unit area of 1 Bedroom is only 27-28 sq.m. There is a lot of space in the room. Besides, the project provides a closed-kitchen, with creating a private place for you to cook and avoid smelly when cooking.
As for the project nearby, there are various restaurants, also near On Nut BTS Station, 10 minutes walk or even you can ride a bike. However, all facilities are situated in another building, which I think will be the issue when residents want to use it.

The project here offers a Smart Home system. I can check and control everything on my mobile phone no matter where I am. The design is very elegant and gives a sense of European style. The building is 17 stories high. Common areas are well-maintained with a large swimming pool and very modern fitness equipment. This condo is located in the middle of the city near OnNut BTS station, and public cars are running to various places the whole day, convenient and fast. Unluckily, the staff is quite unfriendly.

I like the design and decoration of the condo because it looks luxurious and modern. Besides, the project cares about every small decoration detail. The interior has a spacious space. Moreover, there is a rooftop garden where residents can relax and commune with the city's atmosphere. I do not recommend having relaxation in the rooftop area in the daytime because it has no roof provided, and it is quite hot. At the same time, it is better to sit in the evening or at night. Overall, the systems of this condo are good in both space and facilities. That's why I bought this condo because it is worth it.
