I've been looking for a condo in Huai Khwang because I intend to relocate there soon. My friend recommended this project as it's still under construction and is expected to be completed next year. It's the ideal time because my previous condo lease will also expire next year. I've already seen the condo and think it's fantastic. It has all of the amenities in the common area, and the room is a good size. I couldn't wait any longer, so I booked this one-bedroom unit. Plus, the location of this condo is superb as it's only 400 meters away from Rama 9 MRT. It is very worthwhile because the condo is in a prime location, so the price would definitely increase in the future.
