I recently visited two properties in this building on the 31st floor and 27th floor. I was amazed at the complete lack of damage to the walls from the recent earthquake (March 2025) that hit Bangkok. Unlike other high-rise buildings I have visited recently, not a single crack was visible on the walls of the public or private areas within the building. It is a testament to the high quality of engineering, construction techniques and materials used by Narai to complete this building.

This condo is next to Wong Sawang MRT, allowing easy access and close to the community mall and shopping malls, Centralplaza Rama 3, where my girlfriend loves to go. The security system is also standard, with a clean common area, but the gym is a small and spacious swimming pool. Anyway, we've been here 3 times, and we stay in a 1 bedroom condo this time. The room is fully furnished, offering breathtaking landscapes. Very impressed with every visit and will visit here again.
