The Clover Thonglor project is located at Sukhumvit 55, Soi Thonglor 18, Khlong Tan Nuea Sub-District, Wattana District, Bangkok. You can access the project from several routes, such as from Sukhumvit road or Phetchaburi road, by private cars or public transportation.

If you come from Sukhumvit Road No.3 heading to Wattana District, turn right at Thonglor Intersection and go to Soi Sukhumvit 55, drive about 1.4 km before turning right into Soi Thonglor 18 or Soi Photibutr about 140 m., you will find the project on the right-hand side.

From Petchaburi Road towards the side of Watthana, make a U-turn at Ekamai North Intersection, drive about 400 m. before turning left into Soi Sukhumvit 55, go straight for about 1 km before turning right at Soi Thonglor 18, the project will be on the right side.

In terms of using public transportation, get off at Thonglor BTS heading southeast Along Sukhumvit Road, go into Soi Sukhumvit 55, drive about 1.4 km before turning right into Soi Thonglor 18, the project will be on the right-hand side.

It's another condominium in Modern Simplicity to deliver the best living for the residents. The design concept pays attention to every detail, from material and furniture selection to decoration. Located in the Thonglor area, a prosperity of shopping centers, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The area is also a famous business district of Bangkok. The project comes with complete facilities and management from a professional team. There are only 1 and 2 bedroom types available.
Convenient location in the middle of the city

I have stayed here for about 2 years. The location is easy to travel to and near many restaurants and convenience stores. You can live in the city very conveniently. There are swimming pools for both kids and adults. There is also a fitness room and spacious area, suitable for my family. The condo is highly secure. The staff is well looked after and friendly. Overall, it's nice to stay and is very private.
The condo is suitable for women like us.

Good accommodation, it is not far from the BTS station and can be reached by small buses passing regularly. There are many restaurants and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores in the vicinity within walking distance. The rooms I rented currently at The Clover were clean and stylish. The swimming pool and the gym are spacious. All in one place! It is also convenient to go anywhere because it is located in the city center and you can take public buses or a private car. It depends on our convenience!

The location of the project is in the heart of the Thonglor area, surrounded by various amenities. It is a very fertile area with restaurants and shops. It is also a paradise for nightlife and doesn't have to travel far, near the famous bar and clubs. Only about 1 kilometer to Thonglor BTS station. The project has comprehensive common areas for residents of all ages, such as a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. There is also a children's area suitable for living together as a family or a couple at a reasonable price. It is a 1-bedroom room wider than I expected, divided by the proportion of the bedroom and the living room. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The room also has a balcony too.
The project area is vast.

The project area is vast on 6 rai. There are plants around the project, making it look shady, especially the swimming pool in a resort-style. The project has 5 buildings at a 9-floor high. My room is a 3 Bdr size, partially furnished with some furniture pieces, and I redecorated it by myself. I've been here for a year now and barely find any big problem, just some issues about tidiness. Some neighbors just hang the clothes to dry on their balcony, making it look unattractive. Guess I will get used to it.
The condo has a good spacious gym but too little equipment.

Traveling in this area is considered convenient. Only 5 minutes walking from the condo to Phrom Phong BTS station, and there are taxis all the time. The project surrounding is a bit crowded, but the on-site is tranquil and safe. Besides, there is an extensive range of facilities, such as a communal pool and a communal gym. However, I think the gym comprises a little equipment. This neighborhood is a residential area. There are many convenience stores, and I think it's easy to find something to eat!
