A calm, green home that feels more like a house than a condo. A garden at the front, a balcony garden at the back, and greenery along the hallways. It is quiet, clean, and easy to settle into.
Renovated (2025) with organic, non-toxic, odor-free paint and natural wood. New appliances, air conditioning, and furniture throughout. Washing machine, TV, and microwave included.
The bedroom has privacy film and mesh screens, so you can enjoy the view without being seen. The balcony has wooden slats and insect screens, fresh air and a little seclusion, even with the AC off.
Rooftop pool and gym. Parking on the ground floor and basement. A motorcycle taxi just beyond the next fence.
Close to BTS Nana, the BTS–MRT interchange, malls, hospitals, and good schools, yet it still feels like a private retreat in old Sukhumvit.

In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.
This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.
