I have rented this condo for about a year and was very impressed because this condo is located in the best location, next to Phetchaburi Road, close to Srinakharinwirot University, Phetchaburi MRT, and Si Ratt Expressway. It is very convenient for me to drive to work. The 1-bedroom unit I have rented is clearly divided, decorated with modern furniture, air-conditioning, microwave, washing machine, and water heater. Moreover, I have enjoyed the many common facilities, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, library, etc. There are also a lot of parking spaces available and security guards 24 hours a day. I often went shopping at CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9 and Terminal 21 because it is not far from the project. It is a perfect place for anyone looking for an excellent condo to live comfortably or invest. I highly recommend it!
