This condo is located on Ratchadaphisek Road. It is a convenient location near the expressway, restaurants, and convenience stores. The Mall Tha Phra is only 700 meters away. This is the reason why I bought a condo here. The room I bought has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, fully furnished with a complete set of built-in furniture. The floor plan is well designed and proportioned. Plus, I get a sofa, shelves, storage cabinets, a dining table in the living room, a wardrobe and dressing table in the bedroom, and a counter set with a sink in the kitchen. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. I don't need to decorate or buy anything at all. Everything fits well. The facilities here, in particular, are excellent. There is a reception hall with Free Wifi. The main facilities are on the 5th floor, including a saltwater swimming pool, a relaxation area by the pool, a fitness room, and a steam room. I can confidently say that this condo is ideal for working-age people.
