I had a chance to view the mock-up unit of this condo and thinking of buying a one-bedroom unit. Overall, I like it since it looks so luxurious. As for the 1 bedroom unit, it may be somewhat compact, but the proportion is good, so it is not a big deal for me. Plus, the room is partly furnished, and there are complete facilities like a mini-theater, garden, fitness center, swimming pool. Most importantly, you can use the facilities of other XT projects as well. As far as I know, there are XT Ekamai and XT Phayathai. In terms of location, this is very good since it is within a few mins away from Huai Khwang MRT. Other than that, there are restaurants and convenience stores in the area, which is very convenient. After knowing all of this information, I can honestly say that I decided to buy the room without hesitation.
