Despite the fact that the building is quite old, the overall atmosphere is excellent. The location is fantastic, located in the city center, providing easy access by private cars and public transportation. The Victory Monument BTS is also a short distance away. There are both motorcycles and taxis in front of the project. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Siam Paragon and Central World. The project has complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, parking, and a garden. The staff also serves excellent service. It is worthwhile compared to the rental rate and quality.
