Traveling by BTS Skytrain, you can get off at Phaya Thai BTS station. After exiting from the station, head northeast and go along Phaya Thai Road for 130 meters. Turn right at Phaya Thai Intersection to enter Si Ayutthaya Road and continue for 290 meters. Then, continue walking on Si Ayutthaya Road for another 190 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by car, you can start from Si Ayutthaya Road by heading southeast along Si Ayutthaya Road for 650 meters. Then, continue straight and turn left onto Si Ayutthaya Road, and drive for another 160 meters. After that, go straight on the left lane, continue for about 34 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

Newly-built condo in the Phayathai area, the location is excellent, opposite Phyathai 1 Hospital and close to Phaya Thai BTS station, Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Railway station, and many government offices within walking distance. The project has luxurious facilities such as a swimming pool, a meeting room, a library, a garden, and a reception. I like the showroom, 1-bedroom size, modernly decorated with a full set of furniture. It is a perfect place to live. The price for a 1-bedroom unit is considered acceptable; the 2-bedrooms is a bit more expensive for me.

I went to reserve this condo. This condo is located in an excellent location, close to Phaya Thai BTS, Phaya Thai ARL, and the expressway access points. More importantly, it is close to essential amenities such as Siam Square and Central World. Also, many hospitals are nearby, including Rajavithi Hospital and Ramathibodi Hospital. In addition, Chulalongkorn University is also near the condo, which is perfect. Notably, the common area is grand, with an extensive range of facilities such as a communal pool with a city view and a vast sky garden surrounded by lush green trees. There is also an electric power charging station. As for the room unit, it is very spacious. However, the project is under construction, and I'm waiting for the day to move in.
