A dream condominium in the heart of Sukhumvit. The condo has outstanding, beautiful, and luxurious architecture, which provides the residents with a range of high-end amenities such as a swimming pool, steam room, working space, and a very modern automatic parking system. The rooms are available in various styles, from 1 to 3 bedrooms. It is a duplex room with two floors and decorated in a loft-style, presenting the material's naturalness and raw beauty. Easy to travel because it is only 200 meters from Phetchaburi MRT. Worth the money for both a private living and for long-term investment.

Stylish Project in Heart of Asoke

Centrally located project walking distance to both BTS and MRT within minutes. Modern design using quality materials. Particularly like the large windows and layout. All established buildings surround the project (with NIST) behind meaning that views are not obstructed.

This project made its name by being one of the first loft unit projects in Asoke. Its located in the heart of Asoke business district surrounded by office towers and high traffic. Not ideal for families, but perfect for people who like a high pace dynamic environment.
A luxury condo with a swimming pool on the 31st floor

The condo here was recently completed. It is a super luxury condo in a duplex room. I live with my girlfriend, and it is just spacious. Most of us spend time in the common area, which the facilities are complete. The project highlight will be the swimming pool on the 31st floor that offers a beautiful Bangkok view. There is also a fitness room, a steam room, and a multi-purpose room !! Impressed and worth it!
Good location near BTS and MRT stations

The condo is located in the city center and convenient in every matter. We can travel by the BTS and MRT services near the project, which takes about 2 minutes to walk from the condo. We don't have to worry about finding a parking space because there is reserved car parking for every unit, which is very good for people living in condos like us. The room we bought is a 2 bedroom room; it is big and spacious. The interior is luxurious and worth it, very suitable for the price.

I have been in Thailand for 2 years. Previously, I bought a condo in one place, and it's not okay. I have decided to sell the old condo and buy a new condo. I came across The Lofts Asoke; it is a very good project design. I like the Loft Style actually, it represents cool and attractive. I bought a 1-bedroom duplex unit then. In terms of the project's facilities, it offers a full range of facilities, but I like the automated parking the most, which is the answer to my need quite well. The large common area brings friends to meet, have a meeting, even working because they can accommodate a lot of guests. There are many facilities to accommodate various functions. Residents can use the service thoroughly. The interior is well-designed with the style that I love. There are multiple functions in the kitchen with many storage cabinets and various premium kitchen sets provided. The project is designed to meet the needs of the residents. In my view, I think this condo is alright, and I don't feel any uncomfortable at all because the ceiling is high from the floor and brings airy. It is totally different from other projects. Besides, the project is located in the heart of the city, close to many amenities, just a few steps away, such as Terminal 21 and MRT Phetchaburi Station. Also, the project is close to the main road, which very convenient for traveling. For me, I always take public transports. You can also take a taxi or motorbike services in a rush hour.
