This is a project that offers REAL value for money. The price per sqm in 2020 is equal to 6 years ago, although its an older building, its offers large living space for big families. This would be the perfect buy for an investor or end user. Its walking distance from sukhumvit road . The constructional materials are sustainable and strong. The perfect family home for generations

I've just moved here for 3 weeks and struggle with heavy traffic, so you need to manage your travel plan if you own a car. It's much better to take BTS, and if you walk 5 minutes, you will reach Thong Lor BTS. This area is full of restaurants and convenience stores. I bought a 2-bedroom unit at 85 SqM to live with my wife and son. The room doesn't come with furniture, so the price is quite low compared to other rooms. Also, I like the design as well because it's splendid and outstanding. The facilities are also complete.

Here is very convenient because there is a complete range of facilities, the condo interior is luxuriously styled and beautiful. The atmosphere is tranquil and pleasant, not disappointed to choose here. My family could spend leisure time privately in the serene atmosphere. Easy to travel without using private cars as it is close to Thong Lo BTS station, just 450 meters. It's convenient to go everywhere, whether go working or studying.

The most wonderful place to stay during my time in Thailand. The project is beautifully designed in a luxurious style. The staff took excellent care of our family and helpful. The room has 3 bedrooms, spacious, decorated with luxury furniture in a European style emphasizing quality and functionality. The facilities include a swimming pool, relaxation area, and lobby. Also, the neighbors live in a very private. Great location, close to Thonglor BTS. Nightlife is easy to travel.

The condo is located not far from Bangkok's famous places, surrounded by many amenities and numerous shopping malls like Terminal 21 and Central World. Even The Mall Ramkhamhaeng 3 only takes about 10-15 minutes. It's a new condo and convenient to travel, whether traveling by BTS or MRT, very easy. However, it's more convenient to use public transport, but there are also enough car parking spaces if you have a private car. The common area includes a swimming pool, a fitness center, and an indoor playground. I think it is quite complete, the rooms are nice and comfortable, designed to fit 1-2 people. It is also worth it as it is situated in the potential district.

Condo in a good location near Thong Lo BTS station, excellent security system with a private elevator. The room is also spacious, always getting good light from both the balcony and the aperture near the head of the bed, the project has a good atmosphere, quiet, beautiful swimming pool, lots of parking but I think the fitness is quite small but livable.
