Also, during work from home, I didn't feel bored because it has complete facilities inside the project. I would say that living here is worth paying. I am very impressed and enjoyed my stay here. We have to spare time because this road is quite busy all day.

I bought this condo for investment. I can say that it is very worth my money because it is a good location here, next to the main road. And also close to the BTS, JUST 2 minutes walk!! The room is never unrented. There are always tenants reserving it. This project very popular among foreigners, especially Japanese ones. There are various shops and restaurants surround the condo. The rental price is approximately 30,000-40,000 baht per 2 bedrooms, which is reasonable. I think the customer can accept in a good location with all the amenities like this.
