Beautiful condo near Phrom Phong BTS station

I have an opportunity to visit the showroom of Noble Around Sukhumvit 33, a new project that has been launched for a long time. It's suitable for buying and renting because it's located in the area where many foreigners stay. The price seems a bit expensive, but it's worth the long term investment. What attracts me is the project's location; it's near the Skytrain stations and shopping centers. The project mainly focuses on green areas and the urban lives' needs who want a natural park to sit and relax. The interior is an excellent design and decoration. All materials used are durable, and the color tones match nature by using white, dark brown, and light brown colors to add luxury to the project. The room sizes are available in different sizes from 1-2 bedrooms, and it offers 4 sizes to choose from 1 bedroom (S, M, L) and 2 bedrooms. Besides, the project provides a full range of facilities, whether it's a communal pool, a gym, a library, etc. All conveniently with a private lift, which gives us more convenience. In general, It can be considered as an interesting new project and worth buying.
