High specifications of materials and very functional layouts. It's really in a grade A location, and in the heart of Asoke's residential area. Occupancy rates in Asoke are high and this project would be perfect for investors with smaller budgets.

This project is remarkable for long term investment, and the price is reasonable as it is in CBD. This area's value has been increasing and attracted both Thai and foreigners who live and work here. If you don't live by yourself, you can rent it out. I am interested in a 1-bedroom room at 41.4 square meters, suitable for a single person or a couple. The room comes in a perfect size, and a resident can adjust the room by yourself. It comes with a full-frame window, so the room is very light. As my room is on the upper floor, I can admire the view of Bangkok. It is a good retreat for yourself. In the bathroom, there is the use of marble to give a sense of cleanliness and wideness. The modern facilities meet all needs and nice.
