Great condo near Wongwian Yai BTS station

I bought a 1-bedroom unit at about 30 square meters. The size isn’t too small to make me feel uncomfortable. The room comes with a furniture package, which is cost-effective. Within the project, there are three elevators that are sufficient for the number of users. The project location is not far from the Si Rat Expressway, which is not far from the Rama 9 or Chaengwattana area. This place is considered convenient for anyone traveling by public transportation as the project is only 200 meters away from Wongwian Yai BTS station, very good!

It is the ideal condominium for me. From my room, it overlooks the stunning and captive Bangkok view. Every evening, it's my favorite spot. There are several common areas to choose from within the project, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a park that is clean and pleasant. The project is positioned in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Wongwian Yai BTS, and it is easily accessible to various places. If going to Siam Paragon, it takes about 15 minutes to get there. However, I am unhappy with the bathroom pipe because it smells terrible some days. But if there is a problem, it is recommended to inform the staff at the lobby, and there will be staff to fix it immediately.
