This condo is luxurious and beautiful at a reasonable price. Although the project is quite far from Lak Song MRT and Phet Kasem Road, there is a taxi and motorbike service to pick you up at the MRT station. Besides, there is a beautiful swimming pool, gym, and on-site restaurant. Overall, I believe it is in a good location and has everything you need, as you can walk to The Mall Bangkae and Thammasat University in a few minutes. In any case, if traffic is congested, you can use the MRT instead, which is easier and more convenient.
