-To get to the project by public transportation, you can take the MRT service. The nearest station is Tha Phra MRT. When you get off the station, continue walking southwest onto Charan Sanitwong Road with a distance of about 110 meters. Then, turn left onto Charan Sanitwong Road to continue straight for only 20 meters and turn right onto Charan Sanitwong Road. After that, continue straight for about 120 meters, and you will find the project on the left. The journey takes approximately 3 minutes.

-To get to the project by car, you can start from Tha Phra Intersection by heading northeast onto Phet Kasem Road with a distance of about 1.1 kilometers. Then, keep left to continue along Phet Kasem Road for about 300 meters, and slightly keep left onto Phet Kasem to continue for about 1.5 kilometers. After that, turn right onto Charan Sanitwong Road, and you will find the project on the left.

I moved to work in Tha Phra and decided to buy a 1-bedroom condo here because the location is superb, next to Charan Sanitwong Road and only 100 meters away from Tha Phra Intersection. Also, it is a few steps to Tha Phra MRT, providing easy access everywhere. The project location is the perfect alternative high-rise condo with a reasonable price and close to the city. Apart from that, the surrounding area is filled with amenities, such as restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls like The Mall Lifestore Tha Phra. Shopping is considered easy and convenient. Apart from the location, the project provides a complete range of facilities to meet the residents' needs, including the swimming pool, gym, sky lounge, garden, a 24-hour security system, and CCTV around the project.
