Magnolias Waterfront Residences Project is located at 215 Charoennakorn Road, Klong Ton Sai, Khlong San District, Bangkok, in the Charoenkrung area. The zone is considered an economic and touristy area along the Chao Phraya River; therefore, it is full of famous department stores such as the Iconsiam, condos, offices, restaurants, and historical places. To get to the project, you can come from the main route, Charoen Nakhon Road, by private or public vehicles.

If you use Charoen Nakhon Road, head to Soi Charoen Nakhon 37 before making a u-turn at 7-11. Then, drive for 100 meters. The project will be on your left.

Or you can get to the project by Skytrain; the closest stations are Saphan Taksin BTS and Silom MRT.

Staying here is worth paying. It is a high-class service like staying in a 5-star hotel every day. I would recommend it if anyone is looking for excellent accommodation and easy to travel. Here it takes time just a 5-minute walk to ICONSIAM. I think it is suitable for long term investment. It is the tallest building in this area. From the balcony, you can see a fantastic view of the Chao Phraya River curve. The facilities are complete according to the project standard. There is a large swimming pool, lobby, gym, and boat transfer service with excellent quality finishing materials. The safety system is modern and standardized. The room can be adjusted to be a partition or decorated into different styles as well. It has gimmicks and extremely clever design. There is also a garden for relaxation which is available for 24 hours.

I bought a house here with my family because of the pleasant atmosphere. It is close to the lake with the spacious-area around the house shaded by various trees. The materials and equipment built the house are simple and basic, suitable for the price. However, in some zones of the house, I decorated myself in my style. The security system is excellent and strict, checking people in-out of the village 24 hours a day. There are also CCTV cameras and anti-theft alarm, so you don't have to worry about your safety while you are not at home.

A high-end condominium located next to the Chao Phraya River, everything is perfect, such as facilities, common areas, rooms, and location. It matches my needs a lot. The scenery, lights, colors, and sound are so wonderful in the evening and at night. The location is also next to ICON Siam shopping mall, matching shopping lovers and new generations well. It's conveniently located and can travel by taking the BTS or using a private pier. Besides, there is also a shuttle bus service to the Krung Thon Buri BTS station, very convenient. The room is spacious and designed in open space, making it has a lot of usable space and overlooking the beautiful Chao Phraya River view. For me, it's perfect for living and investing.

Super luxury residences with modern facilities provided by the project such as Infinity edge swimming pool, a gym, steam and sauna room, garden, and entertainment room. All facilities are on the 6th floor, in which residents can experience stunning Bangkok view while doing activities on this floor. Moreover, there are shuttle boat services to residents as well. For the interior, the room is beautiful with fully-fitted. Besides, residents can enjoy a spectacular view of Chaopraya River. The highlight of this project is only a few steps reaching Icon Siam; it is also next to the Mandarin Oriental Residence, where it is worth investing in this project. Apart from the beautiful rooms, they have excellent services.

Moreover, every item of furniture is of very high quality and designed to meet my needs the most. Manthana Lake Watcharapol is a potential village, providing privacy, quiet, and comfort. It is an excellent location, with access to many routes. My husband really enjoyed this project.

I think this condo is the most beautiful in Bangkok. This condo is situated in the prime area with the curve of the Chao Phraya River. When looking around, you can see the beautiful scenery. It is exquisite. When I experience this condo, I can say that it is beauty, modernity, and luxury. Besides, it is near the ICON Siam department store. Moreover, there is a full range of facilities provided and many vital places surrounded. The highlight of this condo is a private boat shuttle service along the Chao Phraya River. I think it is superb.

It is a luxury condo, and I love its architecture much. The décor at Magnolias Waterfront Residences are unique and luxurious to meet the needs of people who love convenience. There is everything for the residents to live in, whether it is an infinity pool, fitness center, sauna, and others as shuttle boat service. I am impressed here. The location is very good because it is close to both Silom MRT and Saphan Taksin BTS stations, no matter where you go. It is very convenient to travel. I am not disappointed in choosing to stay here.

I accidentally saw it on Facebook ads, and I decided to look at the project, very impressed. The atmosphere is pleasant and shady. The clubhouse comprises 3 zones with a vast lake in the middle of the project, perfect for living with the family. It's more suitable for the family with kids because there is an area for them to run and play around. The facilities are complete. The house is very private, beautifully decorated, and nice proportions, with a spacious parking space. The surrounding area is planted with various plants and home-grown vegetables. The staff is lovely, and the neighbors are friendly and generous. I'll recommend it here for those who are looking for a private house.

For many years, I have worked abroad to buy a lovely house. This place matches everything, whether the environment around the village, the project's common area, and the excellent design. The house we bought is 4 bedrooms with a small garden area and a nice spacious car park. The kitchen is fully-equipped with Western-style. The house is located far from the car interchange and far from the malls. It'd be better and more convenient for those who have a car. In general, it's calm and private. Worth the price paid!

It is a cozy and charming house. The project's land size is enormous, constructed on the land area over 200 Rai in total, with a lake in the middle of the valley, clubhouse, and swimming pool for residents. The area around the lake is a place for relaxation because there are outdoor exercise equipment and a playground. Besides, the project focuses on greenery space surrounded by many big trees. The house is modern and suitable for big families because the living area is very spacious. Furthermore, there are various restaurants because it is near the expressway.
